Peanut Butter is a young Industry in India which is just over a decade old. Its a product category in which India was unknown at the Global stage and there was a major trust deficit with International Customers who were un-willing to accept an Indian product due to Quality and Product acceptability issues.
Our services were retained by an emerging Peanut Butter Manufacturer who was unable to expand and growth was not coming.
Approach & Recommendations
Due to our wide customer base, experience and expertise in International Marketing, Corporate International was able to market the product globally after working on to improve product quality, develop new products and Recipe’s and introduction of innovative packing options. In a market where product offered by everyone is alike, Corporate International was able to grow the business of the Company from 4 markets and 5 Private Label brands to over 35 countries and 50 brands of private Labels.
We successfully converted customers who traditionally bought only from China, Argentina and USA to buy from us. The supplies include to Leading super market chains across the world including to Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Israel and growing.
We worked shoulder to shoulder with the Factory bringing in systems, innovation, improvement in Quality and Production standards in addition to procurement of new Plant and Machinery to improve efficiency and quality. We were able to impart knowledge and educate the team to improvise and innovate to be able to remain competitive.
Results
Today the Company has carved a niche for itself as a Leading Player from India in the International Stage and our sustained efforts are giving 45 % Y-O-Y Growth while Maintaining the desired Top and Bottom Line.
Due to our Customer handling and Impeccable service to the Global customers we have been able to expand our customer base rapidly.
